You deserve a doctor in your corner — not just a one-time appointment.
The Sleephoria Sisterhood is a free, physician-led community for women who are done piecing it together alone. Surrounded by women who actually get it.
You have not been passive about this. You've tracked your sleep, cut the caffeine, tried the supplements, and sat in doctors' offices hoping someone would finally explain what's going on. And you're still not sleeping.
Let's take a moment to acknowledge something.
You don't have to spend a dollar to start feeling less alone.
The free Sleephoria Sisterhood gives you immediate access to a community of women who are navigating the same sleepless nights, the same dismissed appointments, and the same determination to find real answers. And unlike most online groups, this one comes with a board-certified sleep physician in the room.
What's included — free, always:
Educational posts from Dr. Val — physician-written content on women's sleep health, hormonal changes, and what the research actually says. Not tips you've already tried. Real clinical insight, in plain language.
Access to the community feed — ask questions, share what's working, and connect with women who get it without having to explain the whole story from the beginning.
Sisterhood support — because sometimes what you need most is to know you're not the only one lying awake at 3am wondering if this is just your life now. It isn't.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Yes. The Sisterhood is a free community on Skool. There's no credit card and no trial that turns into a charge. Inside you'll find Dr. Val's educational posts, a community feed, and women who understand what you're going through.
-
Yes. Many women in Sleephoria have never received a formal diagnosis — because their symptoms don't show up clearly in standard bloodwork. You don't need a diagnosis to deserve answers.
-
The Sisterhood is education and community, so it works alongside whatever you and your doctor are already doing. Understanding what's happening to your sleep and hormones is useful no matter which treatment you're on. It doesn't replace your own medical care.
-
As much or as little as you have. Read Dr. Val's posts when it suits you and join the conversation when you need it. There's no schedule to keep.
-
Yes. Dr. Val hosts The 3AM Club live on YouTube every Monday at 12:30pm Pacific, where she teaches one sleep topic and answers questions. Every episode is saved on the Sleephoria YouTube channel if you can't make it live.
-
No. The Sisterhood is for education and support, and joining doesn't make Dr. Val your doctor. For advice about your own health, please talk with your own physician.
