Accessibility Statement

‍ At Sleephoria, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe every woman navigating perimenopause deserves easy access to the information and support we offer — regardless of how she accesses this site.

‍Our Commitment‍ ‍

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more usable for everyone.

‍Our ongoing efforts include:‍ ‍

  • Designing pages with sufficient color contrast and readable typography

  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images

  • Ensuring the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone

  • Structuring content with clear headings so it works with screen readers

  • Writing descriptive link text rather than generic phrases like "click here"

  • Regularly reviewing and testing the site — using both automated tools and manual checks — as we update or add content

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We review this site on an ongoing basis and incorporate feedback and evolving best practices as our content and platform grow. If a page or feature falls short of full accessibility, we treat it as something to fix, not something to accept.

‍Known Limitations

‍Some content on this site is hosted on or delivered through third-party platforms (such as Skool for our community, or YouTube for video content). While we choose reputable platforms, we cannot fully control their accessibility features. We welcome feedback about barriers encountered on these platforms as well.

‍ ‍

Feedback

‍We want to hear from you if you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site. Please include the web page and a description of the issue, and we will do our best to respond promptly and address it.
